The bass drum is reasonably difficult to hear on this album, and on the
parts I have marked with an asterisk it would be better to play fast
double-bass (i.e. 16th notes) to make it sound more brutal...

This may have parts that are played on the ride cymbal on the CD, but I
have concentrated on what Lars plays live, where he rarely uses a ride.
