   Believe me, this is closer to the real way than you think. Theo uses one of 
   those picks that's like a ring and puts it on his thumb, he uses his pointer 
   and his f-finger to pluck the other ones, all the chords that are plucked on 
   the E and A string are plucked with the thumb pick, the ones on the G and D 
   strings are plucked with the other two fingers. I hope this is good enough
